Clause 1

Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain a 995bte account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable local law.
• You are acting as principal and not as agent on behalf of another person.
• You do not currently hold another active 995bte account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close relative of 995bte or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are of sound mind and are not suffering from a gambling disorder that would impair your judgment.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided during the registration process is accurate, current, and complete. 995bte reserves the right to verify your identity at any point using KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation including, but not limited to, a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

Clause 2

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify 995bte support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure that your registered email address and contact details remain accurate and up to date.

995bte will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — remains your responsibility unless you have notified 995bte of a security breach prior to the activity in question occurring.

Clause 3

Deposits and Withdrawals

995bte supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and selected card networks including Visa and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of the transaction and possible account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform at the time of the transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may vary during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or where enhanced verification is required.
• 995bte reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
• Deposits made to your 995bte account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is permitted, except where expressly stated otherwise.
• 995bte does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply their own charges. Players are responsible for any charges imposed by their payment provider.

All monetary amounts on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise specified.

Clause 4

Bonuses and Promotions

995bte offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are published alongside the relevant offer. In addition, the following general bonus conditions apply platform-wide:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account verification and are in good standing on the Platform.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time unless a promotion's specific terms expressly permit otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value unless explicitly stated in the promotion's terms.
• 995bte reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, collusive play, arbitrage betting, or other manipulative strategies — will have their bonus voided and may face permanent account closure.
• Promotional offers are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be used in connection with any form of commercial gambling operation.

Clause 5

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the 995bte Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, slots, or sports markets including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other events — are subject to the following general rules:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless a cancellation option (such as Cash Out) is explicitly available for that market.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or manifest pricing error, 995bte reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• Results determined by the Platform's certified game engines or official sporting results data are final and binding. 995bte does not accept liability for any delay or inaccuracy in the receipt of results data from third-party providers.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting tools, bots, or scripts, or to engage in any form of cheating will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Sports betting markets, including cricket, are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI). 995bte reserves the right to settle markets based on video evidence in the event of a discrepancy between the official result and live data feeds.

Clause 6

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

995bte is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices among all players. The following tools and policies are in place to support player wellbeing:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to suspend access to their account may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and five years by contacting the support team via live chat or Telegram (@995bte_support). During a self-exclusion period, promotional communications will cease and account access will be blocked.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications displaying session duration and net win/loss figures are available to all players on request.

Clause 7

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 995bte Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds that are derived from illegal activity or that do not belong to you.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technical aid to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusive play, chip-dumping, or any form of coordinated strategy designed to defraud other players or the Operator.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content through any Platform communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any aspect of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

995bte reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities, and to withhold or void any balances associated with such an account. Serious breaches may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Clause 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the 995bte Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 995bte or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 995bte.

Clause 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 995bte shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond 995bte's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action).
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including the unauthorised sharing of account credentials.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data feeds used to settle sports betting markets.

In any event, 995bte's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Clause 10

Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 995bte account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closing, all pending withdrawals must be processed and all active bonus balances will be forfeited. 995bte reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirement. In the event of account closure by 995bte for a reason attributable to the player, any remaining bonus balance will be voided. Genuine real-money balances (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification requirements being satisfied.

Clause 11

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall in the first instance be referred to the 995bte customer support team for resolution. 995bte aims to resolve all disputes within 14 calendar days of receipt of a written complaint submitted via the support email: [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, both parties agree to explore alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in good faith before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

Clause 12

Amendments to These Terms

995bte reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may be made without individual notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes in full.
